Under normal operating conditions, the temperature control accuracy can be controlled within ±1℃, while the high-precision customized model can reach ±0.5℃, meeting the process requirements of precision manufacturing.
An online cleaning system and scale inhibitor can be added. An easily disassembled and cleanable heat exchanger structure should be selected to regularly clean scale buildup on the heat exchange surfaces, ensuring heat exchange efficiency.
It is necessary to select a temperature- and corrosion-resistant pump type based on the flow rate, head, medium temperature, and corrosiveness of the process water, and at the same time, match it with a variable frequency function to adapt to load changes.
High-efficiency heat exchangers are used to reduce heat loss, and a variable frequency control system is equipped to adjust the operating power according to the process load. Waste heat from the process water can also be recovered and reused.
The heat exchanger body can be made of titanium alloy, 316L stainless steel, or plastic-lined material. Pipes and valves should also be made of corrosion-resistant materials to prevent the medium from corroding the equipment.
The main parameters monitored are the inlet and outlet temperatures, pressures, and flow rates of the process water, as well as the heat exchange efficiency of the heat exchanger and the operating status of the pump set.
Modular design makes unit installation and disassembly more convenient, allows for flexible addition or removal of functional modules according to process requirements, and also makes later maintenance and upgrades more efficient.
