There are many types of heat exchange units, and different heat exchange units have different performance characteristics to meet different application needs. Unmanned heat exchange units are also very popular heat exchange units in the market, but in order to fully play the role and advantages of unmanned heat exchange units during application, and to maintain normal working conditions for a long time, and to extend the service life, many details need to be paid attention to during installation and operation.

1. Installation of unmanned heat exchange units

Equipment Selection and Arrangement

According to the actual demand, select the appropriate model and specification of the plate-type heat exchanger, while considering factors such as the installation space of the equipment, fluid flow rate, pressure level, etc., to ensure that the selection is reasonable. Arrange the equipment position reasonably to ensure that the heat exchange process is not disturbed, and also consider the equipment maintenance and operation space.

Pipeline system design

Design a reasonable pipeline system according to the characteristics of the plate heat exchanger, ensuring that the fluid can flow smoothly into and out of the equipment, while avoiding short-circuiting of the fluid. Consider the impact of the fluid temperature change on the pipeline system, and arrange the pipeline insulation or heat preservation measures reasonably to prevent heat loss or equipment damage.

Control system settings

Set reasonable control parameters according to actual needs, such as temperature, pressure, flow rate, etc., to ensure stable system operation. Consider the need for remote monitoring, set up corresponding data acquisition and transmission systems, and achieve remote real-time monitoring. Ensure the safety and reliability of the control system, and set up corresponding safety protection measures, such as over-temperature, over-pressure, and low flow rate protection functions.

Specific installation steps

Clean up the installation equipment site, and fix the heat exchange unit with expansion bolts. Before installing the heat exchange unit, prepare the concrete foundation in advance, place the heat exchange unit into it, and leave some space for easy maintenance and care in the later period. Check whether there is dust or impurities inside the pipeline, clean it up first, and then carry out pressure test, and connect it to the heat exchange unit after all the parameters are qualified. During the installation process of the plate heat exchanger, ensure that the primary and secondary sides, power supply design, and water supply pipeline all meet the requirements. The heat exchange unit must not be inverted or tilted. When the unit interface is different from the pipeline, it can be adjusted and connected smoothly.

Safety and protection measures: Ensure that obvious safety warning signs are set up around the equipment to remind operators to pay attention to safety. Install necessary protective facilities, such as lightning protection, anti-static, etc., to prevent accidents. Equip necessary safety protection equipment, such as fire-fighting equipment, first aid kits, etc., to deal with emergencies.

2. Operation of Unmanned Thermal Exchange Units

Preparation before operation

Ensure that the aircraft's working environment is clean, tidy, and free of obstacles that could interfere. Check that the aircraft and its accessories are installed correctly, safely, and reliably, and are easy to maintain.

Operating procedure

During operation, first open the inlet and outlet valves of the circulating pipeline to confirm that the secondary circulating pipeline is filled with fluid medium, start the circulating pump; after opening the hot water return valve, then slowly open the heat medium valve. When closing, close the heat medium inlet and outlet valves, outlet valve, circulating pump, and circulating pipeline valves (always open).

Operating Precautions

The operating process should be arranged reasonably before operation to ensure flexibility and accuracy throughout the operation. During the operation of the unit, it is forbidden to post any advertisements, leaflets, etc. Reduce unnecessary activities, and do not approach the operation area or areas with obstacles (such as wires, oil pipes, tools, etc.) to prevent injury to the body or items.

In addition, maintenance and care of unmanned heat exchange units are also required, such as regular cleaning and maintenance, calibration of control systems, regular inspection of pipelines, radiators, water tanks, oil pipes and other parts for cracks or leaks, and proper plugging and repair work. Establish equipment maintenance and care files, record the time, content, results and other information of each maintenance and care, so as to facilitate later review.
