◎ The installation orientation of the heat exchanger should be determined based on the orientation of the outdoor piping at the heat exchange station. For ease of operation, allow at least 700mm of operating clearance around the unit, and the highest point of the unit should be at least 500mm from the station ceiling. If the heat exchanger is a dual-flow plate heat exchanger, at least 1m of maintenance clearance should be left behind the plate heat exchanger.
◎ When multiple heat exchangers are used in parallel, each unit's inlet and outlet water pipes must be equipped with shutoff valves.
◎ After the equipment is in place, clean all internal connections of the unit and the outdoor piping, and complete the indoor and outdoor piping connections according to the drawings.
Important points to note:
1. Filters must be installed at the heat exchanger's heat medium inlet and refrigerant inlet.
2. The water inlet pipe of the water supply unit must be connected to a designated softened water source.
3. Install an air bleed valve at the highest point in the system and a water drain valve at the lowest point.
◎ If a heat meter or flow meter is installed in the heat exchange station, to ensure accurate measurement data, it should be installed according to the manufacturer's instructions and the distance between the straight pipe sections before and after installation should be ensured.
◎ After the heat exchanger is installed, a water pressure test must be performed according to the design requirements to ensure that the system is leak-free.
◎ Before the equipment is officially put into operation, the heat exchanger must be wiped clean and kept dry and tidy.
