The water-to-water heat exchange unit is a complete regional heating control equipment that integrates a plate heat exchanger, circulating pump, make-up pump, thermometer, pressure gauge, various sensors, pipelines, valves, and process control. It is equipped with a constant pressure make-up water system, water treatment system, frequency flow control system, heat meter, and network communication control system to meet the needs of different levels of control function configuration.
The water-to-water heat exchange unit including process control, is delivered as a whole from the factory, and a cold operation is performed before leaving the factory. The user only needs to install four to five pipelines and power to the electrical control box of the unit on site, which greatly reduces the user's workload on site and the user's engineering cost, and greatly shortens the user' construction period.
