The structure principle of the detachable plate heat exchanger

The plate-type heat exchanger is mainly composed of two parts: the frame and the plate. The plate is made of thin plates of various materials pressed different wave shapes by different forms of dies, and angle holes are drilled at the four corners of the plate for the flow channel of the medium. The edges of the plates and the holes are sealed with rubber gaskets. The frame is composed of fixed pressing plate, movable pressing plate, upper and lower guide rods and clamping bolts, etc. The-type heat exchanger is assembled by stacking the plates between the fixed pressing plate and the movable pressing plate and then clamping them with clamping bolts.
