Principle and composition of heating and heat exchange unit
Hot medium system: Steam or high-temperature water is sent into the heating and heat unit according to the flow required by the heating system under the control of the temperature control valve. In the heating and heat exchange unit, steam or high-temperature water transfers heat to heated water, and the temperature of the heated water rises to about 90 degrees or 95 degrees, enters the circulating pipe network, and reaches each room to dissipate for heating.
Steam transfers heat to the heated water, the temperature of the steam drops, and then condenses, and the condensate water is recycled.
The high- water transfers heat to the heated water, and after the temperature drops, it flows back to the boiler through the pipeline, and is heated into high-temperature water again for cycle use.
Circulation system
The heated water shall go through two processes before entering the heating heat exchanger. One is a Y-shaped filter to filter out and scale in the heated water. The other is to pressurize the heated water through a circulation pump to increase the head of the water so that the heating water can reach required height of the heating building.
Make-up water system
The heating water is recycled in the system, and it is inevitable that there will be leakage and seepage, at this time the system water volume is insufficient, and the system pressure will also decrease, so in order to supplement the water in the heating water circulation system, it is necessary to set up a-up water system, when the system is short of water, the make-up water pump will automatically supplement the water.

Each heating heat exchanger unit is equipped with a control cabinet, and the electrical control system in the control cabinet displays the operation of the system all times, automatically controls the start and speed of the circulating pump and the make-up water pump, and ensures the operation of the entire heating heat exchanger unit.
