1. Ensure the machine room is dry and ventilated to prevent moisture, rust, and rapid aging of heat exchanger components.
2. During operation, ensure the circulating water system is full of water. Regularly check the pressure and temperature at each point, as well as the calibration of the safety valve, the operation of the water pump, and the current and voltage. Any unexpected problems should be addressed promptly.
3. Descale the heat exchanger when efficiency decreases.
4. Clean the filter screen if the pressure drop across the filter exceeds the preset value. Replace the filter screen if damaged.
5. When the heat exchanger is not in use for an extended period, drain all system water, close all interface valves, and regularly maintain and clean the filter and plate heat exchanger.
6. After the intelligent heat exchanger has been shut down for an extended period, wipe the temperature control valve stem and the pressure plug dry and apply grease to prevent rust, oxidation of the seals, and dry bonding.
7. Regularly inspect the control cabinet, preferably every two weeks, or at the latest once a month. Specific inspections are as follows:
A. Wiring: Check all terminals for looseness and ensure they are securely fastened.
B. Controls: Observe the contactors for normal operation.
C. Electrical Components: Disconnect the three-phase circuit breaker and close only the two-pole circuit breaker (i.e., the control power supply). Verify the control and observe the contactors for normal operation.
D. Thermal Overload Relay: Observe whether it is operating, i.e., whether the small piece to the right of the blue button is exposed.
E. Cables: During a power outage, pinch the rubber cover of the cable to check for stickiness and signs of deterioration.
F. Cleaning: Regularly remove dust from the control cabinet.
