The main functions of the fully automatic   heat exchanger unit

The fully automatic heat exchanger unit  is a device that converts the heat energy of the primary network into the heat energy of the secondary network to meet the user's heating needs. It has the following main functions:

 

Heat exchange function: Through the heat exchanger, the heat of high-temperature hot water or steam in the primary network (such as the centralized heating network) is transferred to the cold water in the secondary network (user-end heating system), so that the water temperature of the secondary network is increased, thereby achieving the purpose of providing heating to users.

 

Temperature regulation: Automatically adjusts the secondary network's water supply temperature based on user needs and actual operating conditions. A temperature sensor monitors the secondary network's water temperature in real time and feeds the signal back to the control system. The control system automatically adjusts the primary network's flow rate or the operating parameters of the heat exchanger based on the set temperature value, keeping the secondary network water temperature within the set range and meeting the heating temperature requirements of different users in different seasons and scenarios.

Pressure control function: Monitors and controls the pressure of the primary and secondary networks. On the one hand, it ensures stable pressure in the primary network to ensure the normal supply and transfer of heat. On the other hand, it controls the pressure in the secondary network within a safe range to avoid pipe ruptures or equipment damage caused by excessive pressure, while also preventing low pressure from affecting heating efficiency. Through pressure sensors and corresponding pressure regulating devices, such as pressure reducing valves and water supply pumps, automatic regulation and stable control of the network pressure are achieved.

Flow regulation: Automatically adjusts the flow rates of the primary and secondary networks based on changes in heat load. When user heat demand increases, the system automatically increases the hot water flow rate of the primary network to improve heat exchange, while also adjusting the flow rate of the secondary network accordingly to ensure timely and even heat distribution to all user terminals. Conversely, when heat demand decreases, the flow rate is reduced accordingly. Flow regulation is achieved through devices such as electric control valves, offering high precision and fast response.

 

Automatic Control: An automated control system is used to monitor and automatically control the heat exchanger unit. Operators simply set various parameters, such as temperature, pressure, and flow, on the control cabinet. The system automatically adjusts the operating status of each device based on actual operating conditions, eliminating the need for frequent manual intervention. Furthermore, the automatic control system features fault diagnosis and alarm functions, enabling real-time monitoring of equipment operating conditions. Upon detecting a fault, an alarm is immediately issued and appropriate protective measures, such as automatic shutdown and power cutoff, are implemented to ensure the safe operation of the equipment and system.
