HVAC Plate Heat Exchanger

       A  HVAC plate heat exchanger is a type of heat exchanger made by pressing thin metal sheets into corrugated heat exchange plates, which are then stacked and assembled using rack plates and clamping bolts. The working principle of a plate heat exchanger is very simple to understand: the working fluid flows through the narrow, tortuous channels formed between the two plates, and the hot and cold fluids flow through the channels between the plates to exchange heat. Compared with other types of heat exchangers, plate heat exchangers have many outstanding advantages, such as high heat exchange efficiency, low heat loss, compact structure, small footprint, long service life, and a wide range of applications.
