The unattended heat exchange unit is a product of Anyang Tengrui Energy-Saving Equipment Co., Ltd., based on years of customer needs collected and analyzed.Based on the actual conditions of the heat exchange station, a highly targeted automatic control system was tailored for the station.It possesses all functions including data acquisition, programmable control, automatic adjustment, over-limit alarm, remote communication, and remote control.Users can choose the functions and control methods they need based on their actual requirements.The automatic control unit uses a touch screen display, which is user-friendly and has complete functions while being easy to operate.

The functions that unattended heat exchange units can achieve include:

The heat exchanger unit maintains a constant water supply temperature and is automatically controlled.The water supply temperature can be automatically adjusted according to the outdoor temperature.The water supply heating and cooling rates can be freely adjusted.

Water supply over-temperature alarm: When the water supply temperature continuously exceeds a certain set value range.The unattended heat exchanger unit issued an alarm.The administrator is prompted to check if the temperature control system is malfunctioning.

Water supply overpressure alarm: When the water supply pressure continuously exceeds a certain set value,The unattended heat exchanger unit issued an alarm and simultaneously opened the pressure relief valve.The pressure relief valve is set with a pressure deviation to prevent it from repeatedly starting and stopping.

The circulating pump can be set to equal pressure difference and time-varying flow control, the water replenishment pump can automatically replenish water, and the water replenishment pump can be set to replenish water pressure deviation;All water pump motors are equipped with self-protection functions.The frequency converter provides protection against overvoltage, overcurrent, undervoltage, overload, phase loss, output short circuit, and overheating;Water pumps can switch on and off in case of failure.After the frequency converter detected an abnormality in the water pump motor,The machine automatically shuts down and alarms, while simultaneously starting another water pump.

Return water pressure loss alarm: An alarm will sound when the return water pressure of the unattended heat exchanger unit falls below the set value.And automatically stop the circulating pump.

The circulating pump and steam valve are interlocked. If the water pump stops operating due to a power outage or malfunction ,Steam valves must be closed unconditionally to prevent accidents.
