Working principle of the temperature control valve

 

1. The core component of the temperature control valve is a temperature sensor, which can sense the temperature of the medium the primary side and transmit the temperature signal to the actuator.

2. When the temperature deviates from the set value, the actuator will adjust the valve opening according to signal, thereby changing the flow of the medium on the primary side, so that the temperature returns to the set value.

Common Issues and Solutions

 

 

Actuator Not Responding Check the power supply, motor, and connector connections, especially the integrity of the ten- plug. If necessary, use the comparative interchange method to confirm the normal operation of the control module.

 

Incorrect Parameter Adjustment Irrational regulator parameter settings can lead system oscillations. Especially in single-loop control systems, setting too small a proportional band and too short an integral time can both cause oscillations. These parameters need to be adjusted through systeming methods to ensure system stability.

 

Motor Heating and Interference If the actuator motor is found to be overheating, first check for AC interference on the control's input terminals, and also ensure effective isolation between signal and power lines.
