Product Functions
1. Temperature control function: The core function is the heating and cooling of materials, which can precisely control the temperature of materials. For example, it can quickly cool freshly squeezed juice from 30-40℃ to 5-10℃ to preserve freshness, heat syrup to 60-70℃ to improve dilution efficiency, or heat dairy products from 4℃ to the sterilization temperature and then cool them to room temperature.
2. Sterilization auxiliary function: Adapts to the requirements of food sterilization processes, and can realize temperature control for processes such as pasteurization and ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization (UHT).For example, milk can be heated to 72-75℃ and held for 15 seconds through multi-stage heat exchange, or ultra-high temperature instantaneous sterilization at 135-150℃ can be achieved by combining steam injection, which can kill pathogens while preserving nutrients to the maximum extent.
3. Concentration and evaporation functions:This process is used for concentrating materials such as juices and sauces. It recovers moisture through multi-effect evaporation, increasing the concentration of the material. For example, it can increase the concentration of juice from 12°Brix to 65°Brix to meet storage and transportation requirements.
