Principle of the water-to-water heat exchanger: The basic principle of the water-to-water heat exchanger is to use the temperature between two different temperatures of water to transfer heat through the metal wall surface. A stream of water with a higher temperature flows through one side of the heat exchanger, transferring heat to metal wall surface; the other stream of water with a lower temperature flows through the other side of the heat exchanger, absorbing heat from the metal wall surface, thus achieving the of the two water temperatures.
