1.Gradually close the valve and reduce the pressure difference：
Close the valve slowly:First, slowly close the low-temperature medium inlet valve of the plate heat exchanger while ensuring that the pressure on the low-pressure side is not too low.Then close the high-temperature medium inlet valve to reduce the pressure difference inside the equipment. After closing the inlet valve, close the low-temperature medium and high-temperature medium outlet valves in turn.
Note the pressure changes:When closing the valve, pay close attention to the pressure changes inside the equipment and ensure smooth and slow operation to avoid shock to the equipment.
2.Cooling and disassembly
Cool to room temperature:After closing all valves, wait for the plate heat exchanger to cool to room temperature.This is to prevent the sealing gasket from loosening or being damaged due to temperature differences during disassembly.
To remove the clamping bolts:After the device has cooled to room temperature, remove the clamping bolts symmetrically and crosswise.This ensures a uniform and stable disassembly process and avoids unnecessary damage to the equipment.
Remove the connecting short pipe and the movable end:After removing the clamping bolts, remove the connecting nipple and move the free end away for subsequent maintenance and servicing work.
3.Special treatment for long-term parking
Loosen the clamping bolts:If the plate heat exchanger needs to be parked for a long time, the clamping bolts can be loosened slightly.Until the sealing gasket can no longer slide out automatically. This can prevent the sealing gasket from being deformed due to long-term compression.
Emptying the medium:In winter or when the working environment temperature of the equipment is too low, the medium in the equipment needs to be drained to prevent the equipment from freezing and cracking.
