Product Functions
Heat transfer: The core function is to achieve efficient heat exchange between two or more fluids, including "heating" (e.g., a cryogenic fluid being heated to a target temperature by a high-temperature fluid) and "cooling" (e.g., a high-temperature fluid being cooled to a safe temperature by a cryogenic fluid), meeting process temperature control requirements.
Energy recovery: In industrial production or civilian applications, waste heat in waste fluids (such as industrial wastewater and flue gas waste heat) is recovered and used to preheat raw materials or domestic water, thereby achieving energy recycling and reducing energy consumption.
Condensation and Evaporation: Applicable to fluid condensation (e.g., steam condensing into liquid) and evaporation (e.g., liquid evaporating into gas) under certain operating conditions, facilitating the smooth progress of the process.
