During the heating process, the centrifugal force generated by the heat medium flowing inside the floating coil causes the coil to vibrate at a high frequency, and it expands and contracts freely as the water temperature changes, causing the heated medium to be disturbed, destroying laminar heat transfer and greatly improving the heat transfer efficiency.
Unique automatic descaling function
During operation, the frequent vibration of the spiral floating coil and its free expansion and contraction with the water temperature cause the scale that may be formed on the outside of the coil to fall off automatically, without the need for special descaling measures to interrupt normal water use and ensure the thermal performance of the equipment.
High degree of automation, equipped with self-powered temperature regulator, the temperature can be automatically controlled.
The equipment has compact structure, small size and small footprint.
