Its features are
(1) Fast start-up
Due to the special structure of this product, the hot water produced can quickly reach the hot water outlet at the top of the tank, and hot water can be supplied to the outside without heating most of the cold water.
(2) High heat transfer coefficient
The turbulent threaded tube is a high-efficiency heat transfer element made of high thermal conductivity copper or stainless steel with internal and external threads. Combined with a reasonable internal structure of the heat exchanger, the fluid speed increases when flowing through the heat exchange tube bundle, forming a strong turbulence, which greatly improves the heat release coefficient inside and outside the tube.
(3) Not easy to scale
The heat exchange tube is made of copper or stainless steel, and the fluid that is easy to form turbulence has a strong scouring effect on the wall of the heat exchange tube. In addition, the turbulent threaded tube itself has the ability of heat compensation and has a self-cleaning effect through thermal expansion and contraction, so it is not easy to scale.
(4) No cold water zone, high volume utilization
This product always heats the cold water at the bottom of the tank. When the water consumption is lower than the rated water supply capacity, the cold water in the tank is gradually heated. At this time, there is no cold water zone to maintain the maximum reserve of hot water. When the water consumption is greater than the rated water supply capacity, the hot water stored in the tank and the hot water that is heated are supplied to the outside at the same time to pass the peak of water consumption. When the heating coal is used due to an accident or other reasons, the stored hot water can be supplied to the maximum extent.
(5) Energy saving
When steam is used as the heat medium, the condensate temperature of this product is lower than 80℃.
