Heat exchange station equipment may experience failures during operation due to various factors, affecting normal operation. However, this can be reduced and the service life can be extended through some maintenance and care measures. When maintaining and caring for heat exchange station equipment, different maintenance measures can be adopted for different components.

For plate heat exchangers, it is necessary to clean regularly, check the gaskets, plates, etc. Generally, the heat exchangers are cleaned before heating and after the heating season, and chemical agents are used for manual cleaning during cleaning. Check and replace the aging gaskets to ensure no leakage. Regularly open to check the surface of the plates, clean the scale or precipitates to improve the heat transfer efficiency.

Circulating pump and make-up pump, the operating current and voltage of the pump should be checked regularly to see if they are normal, and whether there are any abnormal sounds or vibrations. Regularly check the lubrication of the pump, and add or replace the lubricating oil in time. Regularly clean the pump body and surrounding debris to keep the pump body clean.

Valves and instruments, regularly inspect valves to ensure flexible switching and no leakage. For automatic valves such as traps, it is necessary to regularly check their working condition. Calibrate instruments, regularly calibrate pressure gauges, thermometers and other instruments to ensure their accuracy and reliability.

Maintenance of electrical systems, checking whether the power voltage and current are normal, whether the motor runs smoothly, and whether there are any abnormal sounds or vibrations. Regularly inspect the insulation resistance of motor windings to ensure it is not lower than the specified value.

Regularly check the lubrication condition of bearings, and add or replace lubricating oil in time. Check whether the wiring of the power distribution lines is firm, whether there is any looseness or damage. Check whether the electrical components are intact, whether the contacts make good contact, and whether there is any oxidation or rust. Regularly inspect the lightning protection grounding system to ensure that the grounding resistance meets the specified requirements.

When using the heat exchange station equipment, it is possible to reduce the occurrence of faults by doing a good job of maintenance and care. However, it cannot be guaranteed that the heat exchange station equipment will not fail, so it is also necessary to master certain fault emergency measures, so that the equipment can be quickly handled in case of failure of the heat exchange station equipment, and avoid causing greater losses.
