Automatic heat exchange unit needs to follow a series of technical requirements and precautions during installation, so that it can operate normally after installation, and extend the service life by reducing faults. Therefore, the installation link of the automatic heat exchange unit should be paid special attention to. So, what should be met when installing the automatic heat exchange unit?
Hoisting technical requirements: The hoisting department should prepare all the lifting equipment and rigging, and carefully inspect according to the regulations, to ensure the integrity of the hoisting equipment. Since the diameter of the fully automatic heat exchanger group is large, the heat exchange tubes are many, and the lifting mass is large, the lifting binding should be selected at the support with thickened pad plate of the shell, and wooden blocks should be set on both sides of the shell to protect the shell, so as to avoid the shell being crushed and plastic deformed and damaged when lifting.
Installation Location and Foundation Requirements: The installation location of the fully automatic heat exchange unit is crucial. It is important to choose a site that is as stable and well-ventilated as possible, avoiding external vibrations and high-temperature environments. At the same time, it is necessary to ensure that the installation location of the equipment is convenient for operation and maintenance, facilitating daily inspection and cleaning work. All equipment should be pre-fastened to the base, and then the base should be fastened to the embedded part of the concrete foundation. A 100mm drainage ditch should be set around the base and foundation to guide the accumulated water to the drainage point. In addition, sufficient operating space should be reserved around the equipment foundation, generally reserving 500mm of operating space.
Installation dimensions and deviation requirements: It is necessary to check whether the deviation of each part size meets the standard requirements, to ensure that the unit is accurately dimensioned during the installation process.
Support installation requirements: The sliding plate should be embedded on the moving support side of the foundation, and there are shims on both sides of the anchor bolt. After the equipment is leveled, the inclined shim can be welded firmly with the generator set base plate, but it shall not be welded with the lower flat shim or sliding plate, and the shim must be smooth and flat to ensure the free expansion and contraction of the moving support.
Pipeline connection requirements: When connecting pipelines, it is necessary to ensure the tightness and sealing of the connection. Use appropriate sealing materials and techniques to ensure that the pipeline connection is firm and reliable. At the same time, excessive bending and contraction of the pipeline should be avoided to reduce pressure loss and improve the heat transfer efficiency of the equipment. The pipeline connected to the unit should be connected without force and should not hinder thermal expansion. According to the structural form, sufficient space should be left at both ends of the unit to meet the needs of operation, cleaning and maintenance.
Electrical connection requirements: Electrical connections should meet the electrical requirements of the equipment, and follow the electrical drawings of the equipment for connection. Check the insulation performance of the cable to prevent short circuits and leakage. Ensure that the equipment grounding is reliable to ensure stable operation.
Debugging and trial operation: After the completion of infrastructure installation, the equipment is debugged and put into trial operation. During the trial operation stage, the equipment should be checked in time for abnormal sounds, vibrations and leaks, etc. Open the circulating pipeline, confirm that the secondary circulating pipeline is filled with fluid medium, start the circulating pump; open the hot water return valve, slowly open the heat medium valve. When closing, the operation is carried out in the opposite order.
To sum up, before installing the fully automatic heat exchanger unit, it is necessary to carefully study the relevant technical information and installation manual to ensure a clear understanding of the equipment requirements. During the installation process of the fully automatic heat exchanger unit, it is also necessary to strictly follow the operating procedures to ensure the stable operation of personnel and equipment.
