The plate heat exchanger unit has many advantages and plays a very important role during the application period. However, to achieve the desired application effect, in addition to ensuring the quality of the plate heat exchanger unit itself, mastering the operation skills, understanding the daily inspection and maintenance, and keeping the plate heat exchanger unit in normal operation for a long time, it is also necessary to install the plate heat exchanger unit correctly. The installation of the plate heat exchanger unit is a complex and meticulous process, and each installation link needs to follow certain specifications and requirements.
1. Preparation before installation
Equipment acceptance: Before installing the plate heat exchanger unit, the equipment must be accepted first to check the model, specifications, quantity, and whether all parts are complete, and whether there are any damages or deformation issues.
Clean up the site: clean and level the installation site, ensure that the installation environment is clean, dust-free, and free of debris, etc., to provide a good foundation for the installation of equipment.
Determine the position: According to the design drawings and the actual situation on site, determine the installation position and height of the plate-type heat exchanger unit, as well as the position and size of the pipeline, etc.
2. Requirements during the installation process
Select the appropriate tools and lifting equipment: Use the appropriate tools and lifting equipment for lifting to avoid deformation or damage to the equipment during lifting.
Correct lifting: When lifting, it is necessary to select the appropriate lifting point and use the correct lifting method to ensure that the equipment is placed steadily and safely in the predetermined position.
Strictly arrange according to the design requirements: the size, height, etc. of the pipeline installation must be strictly arranged according to the design requirements to ensure that the installation accuracy of the equipment meets the requirements.
Check cleanliness: Before installation, the interior of the pipeline should be checked for dust or impurities and cleaned to avoid blockage of the impurities entering the heat exchanger.
Install filter: When the applied substance is dirty, there are large particles or long fibers, a filter should be installed at the inlet to protect the heat exchanger from damage.
Welding requirements: When performing welding processes, the welding ground clamp should be connected to the welding point first. It is forbidden to connect the ground clamp far away to prevent current return circuit from causing equipment damage.
Reserved maintenance space: When the equipment is installed, it is necessary to leave enough maintenance space around the equipment to facilitate maintenance and care work later.
3. Inspection and commissioning after installation
Appearance inspection: Conduct an appearance inspection of the plate-type heat exchanger unit, checking the equipment's parts, sealed surfaces, various pipelines, and flange connections for normalcy, and whether there are any damages, deformations, defects, etc.
Horizontal and verticality check: Check whether the horizontal and verticality of the equipment meet the requirements to ensure the stability of the equipment.
Check of connecting pipelines: Check whether the connecting pipelines of the equipment are firmly connected, whether there is any leakage, looseness, etc.
Test run and commissioning: After installation is completed, all equipment should be tested and commissioned to ensure their normal operation and achieve the desired results. During the test run, the operation status and parameter changes of the equipment should be closely monitored, and problems should be identified and addressed in a timely manner.
When installing the plate-type heat exchanger unit, in addition to the above mentioned points of attention, other points of attention also need to be noted, such as regular maintenance and care of the plate-type heat exchanger unit during operation, timely detection and handling of equipment problems; and for operators, regular skills training is also required, to master the operation method and precautions of the equipment. Only in this way can the normal operation and safety of the plate-type heat exchanger unit be ensured, and the service life can be improved.
