The core working principle of the heat exchange unit
The heat exchange unit achieves heat transfer through "indirect heat transfer," and its core consists of three stages. Throughout the process, the two fluids do not come into contact, ensuring the purity of the medium:

High-temperature heat sources (such as hot water from centralized heating networks, industrial waste heat flue gas, and steam) enter one side channel of the heat exchanger through the primary network pipeline;
Heat transfer
High-temperature fluid and low-temperature fluid (such as user-side heating chilled water and production process chilled water) exchange heat through the wall of the heat exchanger, the high-temperature fluid cools down and the low-temperature fluid heats up;
Heat source output
The high-temperature fluid after cooling returns to the heat source end (such as a heating station) through the primary network return pipe for reheating; the low-temperature fluid after heating is transported to the user end (such as building heating or production equipment heating) through the secondary network circulation pump to complete the heat exchange cycle
