A high-efficiency heat exchanger is a key industrial device that achieves efficient heat exchange between hot and cold fluids by optimizing structural design and material selection based on the principle of heat transfer.Its core principle is to use temperature difference as the driving force, allowing hot and cold fluids to transfer energy through heat conduction and convection at the heat transfer wall surface without mixing. Extreme heat exchange efficiency

The design incorporates corrugated plates and spiral flow channels to create strong turbulence within the flow channels, disrupting the heat transfer boundary layer and increasing the heat transfer coefficient by 3-5 times compared to traditional shell-and-tube heat exchangers.The heat exchange area per unit volume can be 5-10 times that of shell and tube type, and the equipment volume under the same heat exchange load is only 1/3-1/5 of that of traditional equipment, which greatly saves the factory floor space.

 
 

Highly reliable and stable operation

The mainstream fully welded sealing structure replaces traditional rubber gaskets, completely solving problems such as gasket aging and leakage. It can withstand a wide temperature range of -200℃ to 600℃ and high pressure conditions of over 10MPa.The plate material supports multiple material options such as 304 stainless steel, 316L stainless steel, and titanium alloy, making it suitable for special media such as corrosive and high-viscosity media. The service life is extended to 8-10 years, and the maintenance cost is reduced by more than 50%.
