As a user of the fully automatic heat exchange unit, it is necessary to operate according to the correct operation specifications, understand the key points of daily maintenance, and make the fully automatic heat exchange unit operate stably. As one of the main products of our company, the fully automatic heat exchange unit is loved by users for its many advantages. However, in order to help users to correctly and reasonably apply the fully automatic heat exchange unit, it will mainly summarize and explain the key points of operation of the fully automatic heat exchange unit.

1. Preparation for startup

Before operating the fully automatic heat exchanger unit, a safety inspection should be conducted to ensure the equipment operates normally and safely. Check whether the equipment support structure is stable, and whether there are any obstacles and flammable materials around the equipment. If any problems are found, they should be cleaned up in time. Connect the main power supply and ensure that all switches are in the off state. Check whether the connections of each part of the equipment are tight and whether there is any looseness; whether the pipelines and valves are firmly installed and whether they are in normal working condition; confirm whether there are any abnormal sounds or odors. Carry out pressure testing, cleaning and purging work according to the process to ensure that the pipeline system has no leakage and obstacles.

2. Operation Monitoring

Start the circulating pump according to the instructions on the control panel, ensure that the pump's current is normal, the noise is low, and the operation is stable. It is strictly prohibited to operate the circulating pump without load. Slowly open the inlet valve on the primary side of the heat exchanger and adjust the opening of the outlet valve. Pay attention to the temperature changes and pressure conditions of the system, avoid excessive temperature and pressure. Adjust the valves of the heat exchange unit according to the actual needs to ensure the balance of heat transfer between the heat source and the user. It can be adjusted according to the indoor temperature and user needs to ensure the heating and cooling effect. During the operation process, monitor the temperature and pressure conditions of the fully automatic heat exchange unit at any time. You can check the temperature and pressure values on the control panel to ensure the stable operation of the equipment. At the same time, observe the operation status of the equipment, and check whether the pressure gauge, thermometer and other instruments indicate the required normal value.

3. Shutdown operation

Close a medium inlet valve once, wait for 10 minutes and then shut down the circulating pump. Cut off the main power supply to ensure the equipment has completely stopped running.

4. Daily Maintenance

Regular cleaning and maintenance of the fully automatic heat exchanger unit, including cleaning the interior of the heat exchanger pipes, filters, etc., to remove accumulated dirt and impurities, ensuring heat exchange efficiency and operational efficiency. Regularly check and maintain electrical components to ensure they operate normally, and check whether the various parts of the equipment are loose or damaged. If any abnormality is found, it should be dealt with in time. Use qualified softened water or treated water sources, and regularly carry out water quality testing and drainage to prevent scaling and corrosion.

In summary, when operating the fully automatic heat exchange unit, it is necessary to strictly follow the operating procedures for the startup, operation, and shutdown of the equipment to avoid equipment damage or safety accidents caused by misoperation. If any faults or abnormal conditions are found in the fully automatic heat exchange unit, the equipment operation should be stopped immediately and the corresponding fault elimination should be carried out. The fault code and alarm information of the equipment can be used for judgment and corresponding maintenance and care should be carried out.
